Return Policy
Here at Fashlets.com, our goal is to ensure that you're completely satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return or exchange. Returned merchandise is allowed for refund or exchange within 60 business days the item is delivered to the shipping address (delivered date is given by the USPS delivery confirmation). We only accept timely returns of unworn, unwashed, or factory defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be reurned. Returned merchandise should include the original packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. You must first contact us through the email address listed under Customer Service Information or on the attached invoice (packing slip). Mailing postage for refund/exchange is the buyer's responsibility. We are not responsible for package losses if you're mailing the item(s) back to us. If you feel that you need to return your items, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to the address listed just above. You will be refunded the purchase price less our actual outbound shipping cost and the 10% restocking fee when your return has been processed at the warehouse. Return processing time generally takes a few weeks.
